Returns

We will accept returns of sale or return goods and offer an exchange or credit up to 14 days after you receive your order. Products returned to us for refund, exchange, or credit must be in their original condition. We will only accept returns on defective products or incorrectly shipped items. Please notify us via e-mail: returnrequest@finephotographyart.com and let us know that you have a problem with your product to arrange for a return. We can not accept returns without prior approval. All returns must be sent pre-paid within 14 days of the date you received the item(s). No collect shipments will be accepted by Fine Photography Art Publishing Press. We suggest that you ship returns via FedEx or UPS, or if using the Post Office use some form of tracking option. To protect yourself against loss or damage in shipping we recommend that you insure the products(s) for their full value. Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will ship a replacement product or refund your money, whichever you prefer, as previously arranged. Our liability for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase price or, at our option, a replacement of the product(s). Shipping charges are not refundable. Items returned may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
